Logistic Service Provision

Humanitarian logistics, delivered with precision — across 190+ countries, every day.

Our Services

The IFRC Supply Chain Management (SCM) department provides end-to-end logistics services to National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, governments, UN agencies, NGOs and external partners — delivering humanitarian assistance where it's needed most.

What makes us different? We operate as a non-profit service provider embedded within the world's largest humanitarian network. That means no commercial markup, full transparency, and deep access to a pre-positioned global supply chain — including last-mile delivery in contexts where few others can reach.

Whether you need rapid emergency procurement, long-term warehousing, fleet solutions, or help building your own supply chain capability — we scale to your mission, not the other way around.
